Directors and Event Coordinators should arrive by 1130 am.

If you would like to help coordinate, please come early.

Elections will be held as will yearly business and committee reports.

A late deli lunch will be served.

New Tees hats sweats plus stickers can be purchased.

Raffles tickets will be sold for our merchandise/lure raffle.
